How to Quickly Enable SSL on HubSpot CMS Website?

In this tutorial today, we will learn how to quickly enable SSL on HubSpot CMS website. All HubSpot CMS plans and Marketing plans comes with free SSL. You just have to enable it over the domain and sub-domains configured with your HubSpot account.

The process is fairly simple and doesn't require you to be technical. You just have to follow the instructions and the HubSpot system will take care of the SSL implementation to your HubSpot website.

Enable SSL on HubSpot Website

Follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1 - Login to your HubSpot account and click on the Settings gear icon on top right corner. Now, scroll down in the left vertical menu and click on Domains & URLs option under Website.

Step 2 - You'll see the connected domains over here. Click on the Edit button in front the domain. From the sub-menu, click on the Update domain security settings option.

Step 3 - This will open a slider popup from where you simply have to enable the checkbox which says Require HTTPS. Click on the Save button underneath.

Step 4 - You can also enable HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) option and then enable the Include subdomains checkbox if you've connected sub-domains to your HubSpot account.

Step 5 - Once you click on the save button, you'll see a confirmation screen where you've to click on the Confirm button. You can also review the settings you just configured in case you're not sure.
